About The EGRSF The Elk Grove Regional Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the college and career plans of students in the Elk Grove Unified School District area. Scholarships are provided every year from the endowments and donations of community members, families, individuals, businesses, and community organizations. Vulcan Materials Company Scholars Building a Strong Foundation Vulcan Materials Company has established this scholarship in support of our larger, corporate HBCU initiative. This scholarship will support a graduating senior enrolled full-time at any HBCU across the country. Support will be provided to a student regardless of their major and/or career goals but will be based on academic merit and financial need. Our goal is to help students prepare for success in whatever endeavor they choose.
