Top Notch Standards of Excellence Awards
Funder: Construction Industry Progress Council (Top Notch of Indiana)
Geographic Scope: Indiana
Purpose: Recognizing achievements in Indiana's union construction industry and bringing together labor, management, ownership and leadership segments of the industry.
Overview: The Top Notch Standards of Excellence Awards program celebrates excellence in union construction and provides networking opportunities for all members and associates of the industry. This is the only event in the Indiana Union Construction Industry attended by all segments of the industry.
Award Categories
- Top Notch Contractor of the Year - Signatory General Contractors and Subcontractors are eligible
- Top Notch Union of the Year
- Top Notch Training Excellence Award
- Top Notch Darrell Gossett Labor Management Foundation Award - Requires two parties to participate (one representing labor and one representing management). Applicants should describe how their organization brought labor and management together to create a solution.
- Golden Hard Hat Award - Celebrates individuals in the industry who demonstrate success through strong labor-management communication and collaboration to ensure superior quality, stability, and safety on critical projects across the state.
