Application Process

Step 1: Eligibility Confirmation
1. Confirm availability to travel to Atlanta, GA on June 2-3, 2026
2. Confirm current affiliation with a public school in the United States
3. Specify your role (Teacher, Administrator, or Other)

Step 2: Personal Information
1. Provide full name
2. Select t-shirt size (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)
3. Provide work email and phone number
4. Provide personal email and phone number
5. Provide personal address (full address including city, state, zip code)
6. Provide emergency contact information (name, relationship, phone, email)

Step 3: School Information
1. Provide school district name
2. Provide school district EIN number (searchable via Google)
3. Provide school name
4. Provide number of students at school
5. Provide school address (full address including city, state, zip code)

Step 4: Professional Information
1. Specify administrator role (if applicable): Principal, Assistant Principal, Superintendent, District Employee, or Other
2. Specify grade level taught (Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade)
3. Indicate years of teaching experience (0-1, 2-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, or 20+)
4. Select primary teaching subject (All Subjects, Mathematics, ELA, Science, Social Studies, Foreign Language, Arts, PE, Special Education, CTE)
5. Select secondary teaching subject (optional)
6. Indicate highest level of educational attainment (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Other)
7. Confirm current teaching certification status
8. Indicate any awards or recognition received in past five years and describe

Step 5: Program Experience Questions
1. Indicate if previously applied for RCA Experience through SONIC Foundation
2. Indicate if previously attended The Ron Clark Academy experience (if yes, provide year)
3. Indicate willingness to share story after training (Yes/No)
4. Answer: "Why did you want to get into education?" (open-ended response)
5. Answer: "Why are you interested in attending the Ron Clark Academy teacher development experience?" (open-ended response)
6. Answer: "How did you hear about this opportunity?" (open-ended response)

Step 6: Peer Recruitment (Optional)
