    • Geographic Scope

      Available to high school seniors enrolled in the following school districts:
    • Allen County
    • Barren County (including Glasgow)
    • Butler County
    • Edmonson County
    • Logan County (including Russellville)
    • Muhlenberg County
    • Simpson County
    • Warren County (including Bowling Green)
    • Homeschooled students residing in approved districts are also eligible

      Focus Areas

      Scholarships for students interested in pursuing careers related to:
    • Real estate
    • Housing
    • Construction
    • Development
    • Finance
    • Property management

      Eligibility

    • Must be a high school senior
    • Must be enrolled in one of the approved school districts or homeschooled in the region
    • Must demonstrate career interest in real estate or housing-related field
    • No GPA requirement specified

      Selection Criteria

    • Public Relations Committee uses a rubric to judge essays
    • Winners announced in mid-May

    Permissions

    By submitting an essay, applicants grant permission for RASK to post their essay, name, and student photo on the RASK website and social media pages.

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    Submission Timeline:

  • Students must submit all materials by Friday, May 1, 2026 through their school counselor

  • School counselors forward materials on behalf of applicants

  • Winners announced in mid-May
  • Required Materials:

    1. Completed Scholarship Application
    - Download scholarship information packet from RASK website

    2. Proof of Career Interest (one form of documentation)
    - Acceptance or enrollment documentation for a college, degree, or trade program related to real estate or housing industry
    - Proof of enrollment in real estate, business, construction, insurance, lending, or finance-related college or post-secondary course (screenshot acceptable)
    - Confirmation of registration for a Kentucky real estate pre-licensing course
    - Letter or email from a REALTOR®, home builder, lender, or appraiser confirming career interest

    3. Essay
    - Topic: Briefly explain your interest in pursuing a career related to real estate, housing, construction, development, finance, or property management
    - Length: No longer than 3 typed pages
    - Format: Typed
