Jack & Glenna Ross Memorial Healthcare Scholarship

Overview: Created by the Ross daughters in honor of their parents and in recognition of the need to support those who have chosen the healthcare workforce to serve with dedication and devotion to caring for people in need.

Background: Dr. Jack L. Ross was a physician in the Topeka area practicing psychiatry at the Menninger Clinic for 35 years. Glenna M. Ross was an occupational therapist specializing in work with children. Dr. and Mrs. Ross shared a passion for learning and were devoted to furthering education in healthcare. Established in 2018.

Award Details:

  • One $500 scholarship awarded annually
  • Eligibility:

  • Traditional and non-traditional students

  • Must have completed a high school degree or the equivalent

  • Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Lindsborg

  • Enrolling in any accredited college or university to pursue a career in the healthcare field
