Jack & Glenna Ross Memorial Healthcare Scholarship

Funder: Ross daughters (in honor of Dr. Jack L. Ross and Glenna M. Ross)

Purpose: Supports those who have chosen the healthcare workforce and will serve with dedication and devotion to caring for people in need.

Background: Dr. Jack L. Ross was a physician in the Topeka area practicing psychiatry at the Menninger Clinic for 35 years. Glenna M. Ross was an occupational therapist specializing in work with children. Dr. and Mrs. Ross shared a passion for learning and were devoted to furthering education in healthcare. Established in 2018, this scholarship was created by the Ross daughters in honor of their parents and in recognition of the need to support those who have chosen the healthcare workforce.

Award Amount: One $500 scholarship awarded annually

    Eligibility

  • Traditional and non-traditional students
  • Must have completed a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Lindsborg
  • Enrolling in any accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a career in the healthcare field
