- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen
- Must be a high school graduate
- Must sign and mail the Twenty-first Century Scholars pledge affirmation to the state by March 10 prior to fall semester college enrollment
- Must have initially signed up for the program during grade 6, 7, or 8 at a school in Indiana
Eligibility Requirements
- Full-time enrollment each fall and spring semester
- Eligible students will also complete 30 credit hours per academic year
