- Enrolled half-time or full-time at an accredited institution
- Enrolled in program by August 2015 (when scholarship is distributed)
- Preference given to San Luis Valley residents who intend to work in healthcare in the greater San Luis Valley region upon completion of degree
Eligibility Requirements
- Award amount based on student's enrollment status and other financial aid received
- Applied toward 2015-2016 academic year tuition and fees
- Notification of awards by end of June
