Overview: CASA seeks to recognize members who provide essential public services and go above and beyond to protect public health and the environment. The program honors hard work and accomplishments through recognition that serves as a symbol of respect, credibility, and innovation. Recognition helps with employee engagement and morale, and positions organizations as leaders with media and influential community members.

Eligibility

• Eligible Applicants: Active CASA member agencies and associate members
• Multiple applications per organization permitted, but same application cannot be submitted in more than one category
• If project involves both agency and associate members, include both organizations
• Effort need not be completed in current calendar year, but preferably within past 12 months
• May resubmit efforts previously applied for but did not win

• Award recipients announced at CASA annual conference in August
• May be featured in conference programs
• Acknowledged in CASA newsletters, social media, and other communications
