Geographic Scope: Washington State

Eligibility:

  • Graduating high school seniors

  • Parent/guardian must be a member of an affiliated union of the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council

    • Affiliated Unions Include:

  • Boilermakers

  • Bricklayers

  • Cement Masons

  • Elevator Constructors

  • Electrical Workers (IBEW)

  • Heat & Frost Insulators & Allied Workers

  • Iron Workers

  • Laborers (LiUNA)

  • Operating Engineers (IUOE)

  • Painters & Allied Trades (IUPAT)

  • Plumbers & Pipefitters (UA)

  • Roofers

  • Sheet Metal Workers

  • Teamsters

    • Background: This scholarship is awarded annually to support the children of union members in the building and construction trades in Washington State. Past recipients have attended universities and colleges throughout the United States.
