AEMV Student Conference Scholarships

Overview: AEMV is proud to offer the AEMV Student Conference Scholarship to veterinary students seeking to attend the 2026 Exotic365 Presented by AEMV & ARAV.

Conference Details:

  • Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States

  • Dates: August 30 – September 3, 2026
  • Award Amount: $500 scholarship check per recipient (provided in US funds only)

    What the Award Covers: Registration and other related costs of the conference

    Eligibility:

  • Must be an AEMV member (student membership is free)

  • Must be a recognized school of veterinary medicine student worldwide

  • Must be in their last two years of school at time of application

  • Students in their last year at time of conference given priority
  • Number of Awards: Two recipients will be selected

    Post-Award Requirements: Following the conference, recipients must:

  • Write a thank you letter to donor within 30 days of conference conclusion

  • Write a brief synopsis of conference experiences

  • Describe one lecture attended

  • Materials will be used in AEMV e-newsletter

  • Provide pictures (appreciated and will be shared)
