THE BALTIMORE OFFICE OF PROMOTION & THE ARTS (BOPA) WAS CREATED IN 2002 WITH A MISSION TO MAKE BALTIMORE A MORE VIBRANT AND CREATIVE CITY. BOPA SERVES AS BALTIMORE CITY'S DESIGNATED ARTS COUNCIL AND FILM OFFICE AND COORDINATES A WIDE VARIETY OF ARTS PROGRAMMING FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL PEOPLE IN BALTIMORE.
