TCHFH FULFILLS ITS MISSION THROUGH FOUR MAJOR PROGRAM INITIATIVES WHICH CREATE AND PRESERVE HOMEOWNERSHIP IN THE COMMUNITY WHILE ENGAGING THE COMMUNITY IN THE ISSUES OF AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP.
