NEUROSCIENCES RESEARCH FOUNDATION ("NRF") WORKS CLOSELY WITH AN AFFILIATED SUPPORT CORPORATION, NEUROSCIENCES SUPPORT CORPORATION ("NSC") TO CARRY OUT ITS ACTIVITIES. NSC IS A CALIFORNIA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, TAX EXEMPT UNDER IRS CODE SECTION 501(c)(3) AND CLASSIFIED AS A SUPPPORT CORPORATION UNDER SECTION 509(a)(3) (SEE SCHEDULE R).
