THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS LITIGATION TO ENFORCE AND EXPAND EMPLOYEES' LEGAL RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS AGAINST FORCED UNIONISM, AND CONDUCTS A PROGRAM TO EDUCATE AND INFORM THE PUBLIC ABOUT SUCH ISSUES.
