IS A STATEWIDE NETWORK OF SERVICE SITES THAT PROVIDES EDUCATION AND CAREER ADVISING TO OVER 12,000 LOW-INCOME, FIRST GENERATION INDIVIDUALS EACH YEAR. MASSEDCO PROVIDES ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES THAT EMPOWER PEOPLE FROM LOW-INCOME BACKGROUNDS TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL. ECONOMICALLY AND EDUCATIONALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS ARE THE FOCUS OF OUR SERVICES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. FUNDING FOR MASSEDCO COMES FROM THE FEDERAL AND STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENTS.
