THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH DISBURSING GRANTS TO DESERVING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND BY CARRYING OUT THE PURPOSE OF THE RESTRICTED FUNDS UNDER ITS CONTROL.
