THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE RURAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT BY ASSISTING IN THE FINANCING OF AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY FOR THOSE UNABLE TO OBTAIN FINANCING FROM OTHER SOURCES. THEY ALSO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS TO AGRICULTURAL STUDENTS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
