Mission & Focus Areas
The Neeb Family Foundation's mission is to apply in real life the biblical story of the Good Samaritan—to help others, not for public accolades, but to show God's love in tangible ways to real people.
The foundation focuses its work on Christian projects and institutions, with special emphasis on:
- Christian Educational Programs: Support for Christian educational programs, facilities, and students at all academic levels
- Religious Primary & Secondary Education: Faith-based institutions serving students, educators, staff, and facility improvements
- Faith-Based Collegiate Education: Tuition support for students and financial support for colleges, universities, and seminaries
- Charitable Organizations & Nonprofits: Organizations providing food, shelter, counseling, and medical attention to those in need
While the founder and board members are Lutheran, the foundation supports all religious educational institutions as well as faith-based and secular nonprofit organizations that provide care to those in need, including food, clothing, medical aid, shelter, counseling, and education.
Grantmaking
The foundation emphasizes **tangible giving**—preferring to donate money for purchasing or building lasting things such as facility additions or upgrades, equipment, furnishings, and supplies rather than solely providing academic scholarships or boosting operating funds.
