IN PURSUANCE OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES, VFCCH SHALL FACILITATE AND COORDINATE THE PROVISION OF PREVENTION, OUTREACH, EMERGENCY SHELTER, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, BRIDGE HOUSING, PERMANENT HOUSING, COORDINATED ENTRY, AND/OR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR PERSONS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND PERSONS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS AS WELL AS THE PROVISION OF SAFE, DECENT HOUSING THAT IS AFFORDABLE TO LOW-TO-MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE.
