CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES RELATED TO SERVICES FOR PERSONS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND PERSONS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS IN THE SERVICE AREA. IN PURSUANCE OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES, VFCCH SHALL FACILITATE AND COORDINATE THE PROVISION OF PREVENTION, OUTREACH, EMERGENCY SHELTER, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, BRIDGE HOUSING, PERMANENT HOUSING, COORDINATED ENTRY, AND/OR SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR PERSONS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND PERSONS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS AS WELL AS THE PROVISION OF SAFE, DECENT HOUSING THAT IS AFFORDABLE TO LOW-TO-MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE.
