ACT AS THE NATIONAL COOPERATIVE FOR ALL VARIETY CHAPTERS IN THE UNITED STATES THROUGH A REGIONAL NETWORK OF TENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES. IT SHALL HELP COORDINATE RESOURCES, DEVELOP PROGRAMS AND COOPERATIVE FUNDRAISING STRATEGIES. FURTHERMORE, USV SHALL ELECT OFFICERS TO ADMINISTER USV AND ITS NATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND TO SUPERVISE AND DIRECT THE U.S. CHAPTERS AS HEREIN SET FORTH IN THE BYLAWS.
