SO THAT IT MAY FORM A NATIONAL CENTER OF HERITAGE AND LEGACY, DISSEMINATE KNOWLEDGE AND INSPIRE APPRECIATION FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE U.S. MARSHALS SERVICE.
