A PRIMARY ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANIZATION IS THE RECOGNITION OF OUTSTANDING CREATIVE AND TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE RECORDING ARTS BY ARTISTS IN THE LATIN COMMUNITY WHO ARE DEEMED TO BE MOST WORTHY BY THEIR COLLEAGUES THROUGH AN ANNUAL PRESENTATION OF AWARDS.
