THE MISSION OF THE TAIWANESE AMERICAN COUNCIL OF GREATER NEW YORK INC. (TAC-GNY) IS TO COORDINATE TAIWANESE ORGANIZATION AND CLUBS IN THE GREATER NEW YORK AREA. TAC-GNY ALSO PROMOTES TAIWANESE CULTURE AND VISITATION AND EDUCATES THE COMMUNITY OF GREAT NEW YORK ABOUT TAIWANESE AMERICAN HERITAGE. TAC-GNY SERVES AS A COORDINATING APPARATUS OF TAIWANESE AMERICAN ORGANIZATIONS AND CLUBS IN THE GREATER NEW YORK AREA IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE WELL-BEING AND BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY AND ITS MEMBERS. TAC-GNY ALSO PROMOTES FELLOWSHIP, EXTENDS ACQUAINTANCES AND EDUCATES THE COMMUNITY BY MEANS OF SOCIAL GATHERINGS AND OTHER FORMS OF SOCIAL INTERCOURSE. TAC-GNY HELPS OTHER ORGANIZATIONS CONDUCTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. TAC-GNY CONDUCTS 5 ANNUAL EVENTS AND VARIOUS OTHER OCCASIONAL COMMUNITY EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN THE GREATER NEW YORK AREA.
