TO PROVIDE SUBSIDIES ON SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN ORDER TO ENABLE SIGNATORY EMPLOYERS TO BID MORE COMPETITIVELY AGAINST NON-SIGNATORY OR COMPETING CRAFT CONTRACTORS. THE TRUST FUND WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY MAKING TARGETED SELECTIONS OF CERTAIN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS TO RECOVER WORK TRADITIONALLY PERFORMED BY EMPLOYERS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.
