TO ACQUIRE BY PURCHASE, GRANT OR GIFT, SUCH PROPERTY WHETHER REAL OR PERSONAL TO FACILITATE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES, AND TO HAVE AND EXERCISE ALL OTHER POWERS, RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES GRANTED BY THE STATE OF NEVADA AND THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
