BABY CHARLIE WAS THE SON OF MR. AND MRS. CHARLES SCHREINER, IV (MARY HELEN). EACH YEAR, HCCBA, INC., DEDICATE THE PROCEEDS OF THE ANNUAL GALA TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SEEKING TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OTHERS.
