THE MISSION OF THE ARTS COUNCIL IS TO ENRICH THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE LIVINGSTON COUNTY AREA BY ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING THE ARTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES THROUGH SUPPORT OF ARTISTS, SCHOOLS, AND COMMUNITY GROUPS.
