CHF SUPPORTS THE HEALTH NETWORK'S MISSION BY SECURING FUNDS FROM DONORS, FUNDERS, AND GRANTS, ALLOCATING THESE RESOURCES IN SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF CHNW.
