THE MISSION OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK FOUNDATION, INC. ("CHF") IS TO SUPPORT THE CAREGIVERS OF COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK ("CHNW"), WHO ARE DEDICATED TO ENHANCING THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. CHF SUPPORTS THE HEALTH NETWORK'S MISSION BY SECURING FUNDS FROM DONORS, FUNDERS, AND GRANTS, ALLOCATING THESE RESOURCES IN SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF CHNW.
