The Community Foundation of East Central Illinois (CFECI) is a publicly-supported 501(c)(3) tax-exempt philanthropic organization headquartered in Champaign, Illinois. Incorporated in 1972, the Foundation does not conduct programs of its own nor operates as a fundraising organization. Instead, it manages and administers endowed funds donated by individuals, businesses, corporations, families, and other donors for philanthropic purposes benefiting the region.
