THE ORGANIZATION IS ESTABLISHED TO OPERATE, MANAGE, AND PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE AT PLATTSBURGH'S CAMPUS COMMUNITY WHICH INCLUDES FACULTY, STAFF, STUDENTS, THE COLLEGE COUNCIL, AND ALUMNI IN HARMONY WITH THE EDUCATIONAL MISSION AND PUBLIC SERVICE GOALS OF THE COLLEGE.
