EDUCATION OF CANDLER HOSPITAL INC. MEDICAL. STAFF LEADERSHIP. THE CORPORATION HAS PAID AND WILL PAY FOR MEDICAL STAFF LEADERSHIP RELATED CONFERENCES, BOOKS, EXPERT CONSULTATION, ETC. THIS IS DONE AS NEEDED ON APPROVAL BY THE CORPORATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AFTER CONSIDERING RECOMMENDATIONS FROM LEADERSHIP OF CANDLER HOSPITAL, INC. AND ITS MEDICAL STAFF.PARTICIPATE WITH CANDLER HOSPITAL INC. TO MAINTAIN ENHANCE AND IMPROVE PHYSICIAN RELATED HOSPITAL FACILITIES. THESE EXPENSES ARE PERIODICALLY INCURRED AS NEEDED UPON APPROVAL.
