THIS IS DONE AS NEEDED ON APPROVAL BY THE CORPORATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AFTER CONSIDERING RECOMMENDATIONS FROM LEADERSHIP OF CANDLER HOSPITAL, INC. AND ITS MEDICAL STAFF.PARTICIPATE WITH CANDLER HOSPITAL INC. TO MAINTAIN ENHANCE AND IMPROVE PHYSICIAN RELATED HOSPITAL FACILITIES. THESE EXPENSES ARE PERIODICALLY INCURRED AS NEEDED UPON APPROVAL.
