THE PARTNERSHIP IS A NON-PROFIT AGENCY THAT PROVIDES HEALTH, EDUCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CHILDREN BIRTH TO FIVE YEARS OLD TO ENSURE THEY ARE ABLE TO ENTER KINDERGARTEN HEALTHY AND PREPARED TO BE SUCCESSFUL. THE PARTNERSHIP IS A COLLABORATIVE ORGANIZATION AND CONTRACTS WITH MANY COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES THROUGH A STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS.
