- Assessment & Treatment: Conducts drug and alcohol assessments to determine appropriate levels of care; uninsured or underinsured individuals can access assessments through contracted sites
- Recovery Support: Supports long-term recovery through programs including the Bucks County Recovery Residence Oversight Committee (BC-ROC), which oversees recovery houses and provides short-term financial assistance to eligible individuals
- Housing Assistance: Administers the SOR Homeless Housing Grant to help individuals with opioid or stimulant use disorder
