THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT EXIT WAS FINALIZED AT THE BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY 2023; FOLLOWED BY THE MERGER OF THE ASSOCIATION WITH THE CLUB IN DECEMBER OF 2023.
