OUR VISION IS TO SEE THAT OUR APIA SCHOLARS HAVE THE FINANCES AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO CULTIVATE THEIR ACADEMIC, PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS REGARDLESS OF THEIR ETHNICITY, NATIONAL ORIGIN OR FINANCIAL MEANS.
