THE MISSION OF THE NCSLA IS TO SERVE AS A REGULATORY SUPPORT ORGANIZATION FOR ALL NORTH CAROLINA SURPLUS LINES LICENSEES AND THE NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE. WE WILL PROVIDE REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, COMMUNICATION, EDUCATION, FILING PROCEDURES AND INDUSTRY REPRESENTATION TO ENSURE THE FINANCIAL INTEGRITY AND THE STABILITY OF THE NON-ADMITTED MARKET IN NORTH CAROLINA.
