MARY'S DOMINICAN EDUCATION NEW ORLEANS CORPORATION ("EDUCATION") THROUGH THE STEWARDSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TO THE ENDOWMENT HOLDINGS TRANSFERRED FROM ST. MARY'S DOMINICAN HIGH SCHOOL CORPORATION. THE FOUNDATION MAINTAINS A STRONG FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBITY TO PRUDENTLY INVEST ENDOWMENT HOLDINGS, ADHERE TO DONOR GIFT RESTRICTIONS, AND RELEASE DISTRIBUTIONS TO EDUCATION TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION. EDUCATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, MEDICAL, LITERARY, OR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE. THE IDENTITY OF THE CORPORATION WILL ALWAYS BE CATHOLIC AND DOMINICAN IN NATURE.
