THE FOUNDATION ACHIEVES ITS MISSION OF IMPROVING ANIMAL WELFARE OF DOGS AND CATS IN ASIA PRIMARILY AS A FUNDRAISING AND GRANT-MAKING ORGANIZATION THAT MAKES GRANTS TO SOI DOG FOUNDATION (SOI DOG), A THAI CHARITY WHOSE PURPOSES ALIGN WITH THE FOUNDATIONS.
