OFFERS FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ACTIVE AND RETIRED MEMBERS OF NEW YORK STATE POLICE INVESTIGATORS ASSOCIATION ("NYSPIA") AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, AND THEIR FAMILIES IN TIMES OF FINANCIAL EMERGENCY CAUSED BY ACCIDENT, ACTS OF GOD, NATURAL DISASTERS, ILLNESS, HOSPITALIZATION, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS THAT CAUSE THEM FINANCIAL DISTRESS; (2) OFFERING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF NYSPIA; (3) OFFERING FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE FOR WORTHY PROGRAMS AND PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH ENHANCE THE FIELD OF LAW ENFORCEMENT; (4) SUPPORTING, AIDING AND CONTRIBUTING TOWARD OTHER CHARITIES WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR CHARITABLE PURPOSES; (5) PROVIDING MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND SALES-RELATED SERVICES IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES; AND (6) ACCEPTING, HOLDING, INVESTING, REINVESTING AND ADMINISTERING ANY GIFTS, BEQUEST, DEVISES, BENEFITS OF TRUST (BUT NOT TO ACT AS TRUSTEE OF ANY TRUST) WITHOUT LIMIT, TO DISBURSE OR DONATE.
