THE NVTMA'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE CRITICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES NEEDED TO ENHANCE ECONOMIC VITALITY, WHILE MINIMIZING THE IMPACT OF DEVELOPMENT, MAINTAINING ACCESS, AND MAKING EFFICIENT USE OF AND/OR WORKING TO IMPROVE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
