EMPLOYEES IN NEED, WITH A FOCUS ON BENEFITING THE COMMUNITIES OF PALM BEACH AND MARTIN COUNTIES. THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS FORMED IS TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS DESCRIBED IN THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE CORPORATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1.
