PAUL ISLAND COMMUNITY INTHE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT QUOTA (CDQ) PROGRAM ESTABLISHED BY THEFEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN 1992. PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM THE PROGRAM ARETO BE USED TO DEVELOP NATURAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE ST. PAULISLAND COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE BETTERMENTOF ITS MEMBERS.
