PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM THE PROGRAM ARETO BE USED TO DEVELOP NATURAL AND HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE ST. PAULISLAND COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE BETTERMENTOF ITS MEMBERS.
