IT IS THE GOAL OF THE COALITION TO ESTABLISH A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTORS, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, COMMUNITY ALLIANCES, AND MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS TO PROMOTE COORDINATED COMMUNITY-BASED CARE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
