Home-Delivered Meals: Provides homebound older adults and adults with disabilities who are unable to cook or prepare food with a hot, nutritious meal each day, allowing them to stay safe and healthy in their own homes. Meals are prepared through a network of contracted providers.
Home Care Services: Includes attendant care, homemaking, home health aid, and home nursing for those needing assistance with personal grooming and household tasks.
